Returns Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase from MAProgress.  However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund.  Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date.  All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.  GPS devices should be in their original packaging with all instruction sheets and cables.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and email support@maprogress.com to advise of the reason for the return.

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item to ensure that the item and packaging are still in a condition that we can resell the item for the full retail price, you will receive a full refund less any courier and packaging charges.  Courier costs that you have incurred to return the product to us will not be refunded unless we have made an error or the item was defective or damaged. 
Please allow at least up to five business days from the receipt of your item to process your refund.
